• Job Title: Industrial engineer

•  Independently analyze data & inputs to prioritize, execute, and implement material flow solutions to improve Customer On-Time-Delivery & material flow efficiency
• Define internal material flow strategic initiatives
• Lead and coordinate innovation efforts to develop optimal solutions for the internal material flow of raw material & finished goods through equipment specification, material flow, process design, & site layout
• Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to generate high quality, cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership for advanced material flow technologies such as automation & RFID
• Responsible for the internal logistics of raw material & finished product in our manufacturing center and between a third-party logistics partner

A successful candidate will have an established background in developing high-performance material flow systems, a strong technical problem-solving ability, excellent project management skills, and an internal motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment.

Qualification::

 

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Working knowledge of a WMS (Manhattan Associates WMOS preferred) and MS Office
• Experience implementing a labor standards program
• Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and well-organized
• Demonstrated people leadership and development capabilities
• Implementation experience
• Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects at one time and have excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to configure systems to allow for optimized operational performance
• A professional and polished presence.
