Job Description:
Duties: Follow PMO project management
methodology. Develop the project scope statements for each project. Manage the
day-to-day activities of the projects. Maintain and update the project plans.
Manage each projects scope. Report project status on a weekly basis and
communicate status to the key project participants and interested parties.
Escalate unresolved issues and communicate decisions. Track the project budgets
against the actual costs and forecast costs to completion. Develop a project
risk plan for both projects and manage the project risks according to the
plans. Project Scope Statements Updated Project Plans Weekly Status Reports
Updated Project Budget Tracking Updated Project Risk Plans Others, as
required. Experience: 6 to 9 years.
Skills:
Works on highly complex projects of diverse
scope where analysis of situation or data requires review of identifiable
factors.
Using broad industry knowledge to advise units
or sub-units to ensure adherence to timelines and resolves problems.
May design and develop solutions and
enhancements to support business need identification.
Manages and coordinates the activities of a
project with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and
resources.
Work together with internal partners and sites
to introduce and implement new products and processes Work with cross

project execution plans, communication plans, and establishing ways of working
Provides regular updates to sponsors, stakeholders, and steering committees as
needed.
Leads project team meetings and participates in

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and 9 years' experience
managing people/projects in project management, Supply Chain Management,
manufacturing operations or leading cross functional teams or Ability to
prioritize and balance multiple priorities, including line management
responsibilities with assigned project work.
High degree of professionalism and
organizational astuteness.
Will have analytical and quantitative skills and
must have a proven ability to translate data into decisions.
Business Communication: Writes, speaks, and
presents clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings and
adjusts communication style to the audience by translating and articulating
technical concepts to non-technical groups.
Cross-functional knowledge: Uses knowledge of
functional areas, organizational structure, and key business drivers to support

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years' experience
managing people/projects Knowledge of GDP and GMP requirements for
pharmaceutical products.
Ability to work independently.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

integrity.
Customer service oriented.
3+ years pharmaceutical/biologics/operations
related experience.
Experience in a cGMP regulated environment
(validated software implementation, recalls, tech transfer, CAPA, etc.) Working
with cross-functional teams, Production Planning, Logisitics, Materials
Operations, Finance, Quality, Health & Safety, Facilities & Validation
, and Sanofi Global teams Experience in the implementation of technical
and business processes Ability to effectively and appropriately escalate
operational issues PMP certified
