JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative scientist with a strong background and proven track record in the fields of oncology, immunology & in vivo pharmacology. The candidate will provide support to the Pharmacology team by managing outsourced in vivo pharmacology studies with Contract Research Organizations or academic collaborators to evaluate new targets and advance new drug candidates in the fields of Molecular Oncology and Immuno-Oncology. The candidate will be expected to closely follow externalized studies, provide scientific expertise and critical assessment of ongoing studies, make decisions, and liaise with CROs directly. The candidate will also be expected to prepare and present the final results and conclusions.
 
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop efficient interactions with collaborators within and outside Oncology
Provide scientific expertise, establish and monitor external scientific studies & provide a critical assessment
Provide and promote support for operational procedures according to Sanofi values, ethics, and security
To prepare publications, research and clinical/regulatory documentation in accordance with Sanofi quality standards
Provide support to Pharmacology lab members

Skills: EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

3+ years of industry or academic relevant experience in oncology, immunology and in vivo pharmacology with a proven track record of scientific publications
Good people organizational and presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and team skills; track record of success working collaboratively
