Job Description:

Responsibilities:

·         Suggest changes to goods to enhance the user experience

·         Establish detailed technical specifications to identify requirements for production and criteria for QA testing

·         Perform controls for quality assurance on goods

·         Coordinate with the department of engineering to provide practical solutions

·         Perform analysis to identify consumer expectations and market gaps

·         Prioritize new features to be introduced and set clear timelines

·         Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure that new items are adequately marketed and positioned

Requirements:

•  Previous career experience as a Sales Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role on a product team

•  Experience controlling the lifecycle of the whole product

•  Familiarity with market research, the attitudes of customers, and marketing strategies

•  Excellent writing ability for the preparation of detailed reports and requirements for production

•  Hands-on experience with mobile and online technologies

•  Ability to synthesize complicated knowledge into actionable targets

•  Knowledge of software for project management, such as Jira or Trello

•  Good expertise in time management

Qualification::

• Prior experience participating in or volunteering in recovery, restorative justice, or social inclusion groups

• Education experience

• A simple understanding of SQL

• Experience using UX prototyping

• The context in design concepts

•  Ability to synthesize actionable ideas from diverse sets of information
