Job Description:
The business Analyst assesses the business climate of the
user and needs to decide the specifications of the user. Works collaboratively
to plan, develop, test, deploy, implement and manage business applications
systems with end-users, developers, and other IT team members. You would need
to have a good understanding of techniques and processes for IT and application
development.
Responsibilities:
- Works with end-users and project partners to evaluate user Specifications as well as improvements, updates and
enhancements to current software for new
systems.
- Develops evaluating software procedures and describes how
programs interact in multi-program systems.
- Conduct a comprehensive QA, record outcomes, and define steps to
ensure that the final framework meets the expectations and requirements of the
users.
- The lower-level IT workers assigned to an application development project may provide technical guidance.
- As an analyst in Business Process Automation, functional specifications
are built to describe comprehensive inputs and outputs, file content, system
functions, system controls.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Administration of Business or
related fields.
- 5+ years in a job powered by IT technology.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal capacity.
Qualification::
- Five+ years of experience
- Salesforce application awareness
- With Automation of company processes and associated tools
- Detailed knowledge of the applications and technologies of
existing software
- Knowledge of tools and languages for development, such as SQL,
HTML, Javascript
- Experience with instruments for diagramming such as Visio, Lucid
Map, etc.
- Testing tools experience is a plus for Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.
- Written and oral proficiency in contact
- Capacity to compose complicated papers (may include policies and
procedures and presentations).
