Job Description:

This role is in charge of assisting with the digital customer experience strategy's optimization and execution. This position, through Marketing Cloud, Salesforce or other digital platforms, provides technology solutions. This role is also in charge of evaluating digital engagement indicators and designing strategies to improve customer engagement.

Qualification::

• Required knowledge, abilities, and skills (KSAR)

• Previous employment experience in a marketing-related capacity.

• MS Office implementations are well-understood.

• Strong leadership ability and team abilities.

• Should be able to take on a lot of personal responsibility.

• Professional versatility and innovation are required.

• Familiarity with one or more of the sectors of maritime, offshore, engineering or efficiency is beneficial.

• The ABS Health, Protection, Efficiency & Environmental Management Framework needs to be remembered.
