The Software & Services division builds on this to provide Government & Public Safety Communications customers with leading end-to-end mission-critical operations.

Since we are working on mission-critical communication systems, the Software & Service Development team consists of Project Management, System Engineering, Field Engineers, and Operational Support staff who work together in a high-performance community, often with challenging cycle times and high customer expectations.

Qualification::

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science (BSEE/BSCE preferred)

• 2+ years of training in Systems Engineering or Wireless Communications.

• Awareness of public safety communication systems is a plus.

• It's a bonus if you're familiar with both legacy and next-generation 911 call-handling systems.

• Working directly with end-user customers is a plus.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to address complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Self-motivated and capable of maintaining attention in a high-pressure setting.

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

• 2+ years of practice in Systems Engineering or Wireless Communications
