• The position will report to the Director of Engineering located in Reno NV. 

Qualification::

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or its equivalent).
• business analytics, process modeling or continuous improvement projects.
• Very strong statistical analysis knowledge and experience (SPC, Correlation, Regression, Hypothesis testing, etc.)
• Ability to assess and document detailed business requirements.
• MS VISIO or equivalent for flowcharting.
• MS Access or equivalent database knowledge.
• MS Excel charting and knowledge of pivot table builds.
• Exceptional Project Management skills.
• Ability to use Minitab to perform statistical analysis.
• Ability to provide professional consulting in the areas of system/tool customization, business processes, analytics, and special projects.
• Ability to develop meaningful analytic conclusions and recommend innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) with strong presentation skills.
• Strong Change Management skills and ability to lead change.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including leadership.
• Excellent PC skills .
• Predictive analytics and modeling ability experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead teams through elaboration and brainstorming sessions, virtually or on site.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Analytic and data modeling oriented; able to grasp data trends, assess impacts and translate to actionable business insights and recommendations.
