Like any other contract, one of the most basic things which you need to consider is to read and understand the Right to Representcarefully before signing it.

Signing an RTR means that you agree to be represented by the concerned recruiting company to the end client.

Signing RTR limits you to sign with another RTR with another recruitment company for the same position.

Make sure whether the Right to Representstands for one specific job position before agreeing to it.
